What We Think

The Jeep Wrangler remains the brand's icon, and thanks to constant improvement it's better than ever

Available in two-door and four-door Unlimited models, for 2012 Wrangler finally gets a new 3.6-liter V6 engine and five-speed automatic. Four-wheel drive is standard. Also new this year is a special Call of Duty: MW3 Special Edition complete with Mopar accessories, badges and gamer goodies.

Optional equipment includes heated leather seats, a navigation system and automatic temperature control. Off-road options include Dana front and rear solid axles, next-generation transfer cases and electric axle lockers and an electronic-disconnecting sway bar. The standard soft top provides options for open-air driving. The hard top offers more protection and a different open-air option.
